The Seize Inspiration project aims to challenge the misconception that drawing inspiration from existing sources is unoriginal or uncreative. Through this initiative, I seek to highlight the value of inspiration in the creative process, demonstrating that great new creations can emerge from reimagining or building on ideas that already exist.

Early Concept Development
Early in the development process, I decided to create a collection of mural deliverables for the project. From there, I began exploring different styles and concepts for the murals.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
(Sketches and Concepts)
I continued concept development by sketching out ideas that could work well as murals. My focus was on creating simple, visually engaging designs that evoke creativity and inspiration, paired with clear typography and messaging.

message development
Once I had a foundation for my visual concepts, I focused on developing the messaging for the murals. My goal was to craft simple, impactful phrases that emphasize the importance of inspiration. Ultimately, I chose the phrase "Seize Inspiration," which not only became the central message of the murals but also the title of the project.
Refined Sketches and Mural Development
Building on my rough sketches, I narrowed it down to two concepts that I felt would work best for the murals and created initial iterations of each. The first design features a brain with various objects and ideas flowing from it, while the second combines the imagery of a lightbulb with the Earth.
